Easy Liver Healthy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Gluten-free premade crust
  • 1 ¼ Cup of soaked cashews
  • 1 Cup of maple syrup
  • 16 ounce can of pumpkin puree
  • 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Preparation time: 50 minutes

    Size: 8 Servings

    Instructions:


    1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
    2. Combine all of the ingredients except for the gluten-free premade crust in a food processor.
    3. Add the combined mixture into the premade crust.
    4. Cook pie in the oven at 350F for 45 minutes until your edges look nice and golden.
    5. Let the pie cool and then place it in the fridge for 2 hours.
    6. Then it is ready to enjoy!
