Ingredients:

  • 1lb green beans (fresh or IQF)
  • 2 Tbs of avocado oil
  • 2 Tbs garlic minced
  • 2 tsp black pepper cracked
  • ¼ cup water
  • Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Size: 4 Yield

    Instructions:


    1. In a large sauté pan on high heat add oil.
    2. Add garlic and pepper.
    3. Sauté until brown.
    4. Add green beans and toss to coat.
    5. Add water and toss. Let the water reduce and toss regularly to continually coat the beans.
    6. When water is fully evaporated continue to cook until beans begin to caramelize.
    7. Serve immediately, enjoy!
