Ingredients:

  • 1cup Gluten Free 1-to-1 flour (Bob’s redmill)
  • 3/4 cup yellow corn meal
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1ea egg, whole
  • Preparation time: 30 minutes

    Size: 9 Pieces

    Instructions:


    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Grease an 8" pan with avocado oil.
    3. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
    4. In another bowl mix all the liquid ingredients together then pour the liquid mix into the dry mix and stir until incorporated.
    5. Pour the batter in your greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Poke a toothpick in the center and if it comes out clean, it’s good to go!
