Ingredients:

  • 1Tbs Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 cup carrots diced
  • 1/4 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup onion julienned
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, batonnet cut
  • 2Tbs coconut amino
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1ea gluten-free ramen 
  • Cilantro as needed
  • Preparation time: 30 minutes

    Size: 1 Serving

    Instructions:


    1. In a medium stock pot over medium high heat, add your Avocado Oil and then add your carrots, onion and celery.
    2. Sauté until translucent.
    3. Add your garlic and ginger, and cook until aromatic.In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
    4. Next add your mushrooms and bell peppers and cook lightly before adding your coconut amino and sesame oil.
    5. Add your water and bring to a boil. Next add your ramen and let cook for 7-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve and garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
