Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cubed feta cheese
  • 2 cups of diced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1⁄3 cup of Kalamata olives
  • Preparation time: 15 minutes

    Instructions:


    1. Place cherry tomatoes into small bowl and lightly drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.
    2. Add feta cheese and Kalamata olives into a large bowl.
    3. Mix the cherry tomatoes drizzled in olive oil into the larger bowl
    4. Add salt and pepper *to taste
    5. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve
