Vegetarian Couscous with Apples

Ingredients:

  • 125ml Apple juice
  • 125ml Water
  • 100g Couscous
  • 1 Apple
  • Lemon juice
  • Preparation time: 15 minutes

    Size: 2 servings

    Instructions:


    1. In a medium sauce pan, bring water to a boil and add apple juice mix.
    2. Pour the apple juice mix and water over the couscous in a separate pan. Leave it for 5 minutes.
    3. Peel the apple, cut it into cubes, and steam it briefly with lemon juice. Place the steamed apple pieces under the couscous.
