Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of red grapes
  • 1 cup of celery
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups of roasted chicken
  • 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup of unsalted walnuts
  • Ground black pepper *to taste
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Size: 5 Servings

    Instructions:


    1. Chop red grapes, unsalted walnuts, and celery into a medium sized bowl
    2. In a larger bowl, place two cups of the roasted chicken (shredded) and slowly add the contents of the medium sized bowl into the larger one
    3. Mix the Dijon mustard and low-fat yogurt into the large bowl
    4. Sprinkle with ground black pepper
    5. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
