Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 3 pepper
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 2 white onions
  • Sugar & salt, olive oil
  • Preparation time: 1 hour

    Instructions:


    1. Clean and chop the onions and carrots into small square-shaped pieces. Add some olive oil to the frying pan and heat it up at a high temperature. Evenly place prepared onions and carrots into the frying pan and reduce the heat. Cook at a medium temperature for 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables retain goldish color.
    2. Chop the peppers (previously remove all seeds from the inside), tomatoes, and zucchinis. Add prepared vegetables to the frying pan and cook for 40-50 minutes. Add sugar and salt according to the taste.
